Prices are in pounds. DARCH is not registered for VAT, so no VAT is added. Every project price is agreed in writing before any work starts.

For businesses where the owner spends the day on the phone. Each step has a fixed price, and you can stop after any of them.

Discovery	Half a day looking at how work and calls really flow, then a written report: what to fix first, how, and the fixed price of each step. Credited against the pilot if you go ahead.	£350
Pilot	The most valuable fix running for four weeks on one or two sites, measured against the numbers from discovery.	Fixed, usually £750 to £2,000
Rollout	The pilot extended to the whole business in fixed-price phases (Project work).	£250 a day
Automation support plan	Changes, monitoring of the automations and a monthly review, for clients who do not need a full managed plan.	From £150 a month

Monthly plans: Invoiced at the start of each month, payable within 14 days by bank transfer. Cancel with one month's notice.
Late payment: We send a reminder when a payment is late. If an invoice is still unpaid 30 days after its due date, we may pause the service after giving you written notice. Your data and domain are never held back: you can always have a full copy.
Projects: A written scope and fixed price before work starts; 50% when you accept, the rest on completion.
Support hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 17:00. Urgent problems answered the same working day, everything else the next working day. Automatic checks alert us at any hour.
If you leave: Your domain, accounts and data are already in your name. You get a copy of everything and written handover notes.
